Lithium-ion batteries have a high energy density and are among the most powerful batteries. Compared to NiMH batteries, they have a low self-discharge rate and are not subject to memory effect. I purchased exactly the same battery model 3,5 years ago, from Electropapa. It has worked well until now, without noticeable decrease in capacity. For some reason, now it suddenly turned dead. Nevertheless, I think 3,5 years is good, so now I came back and bought another one.

Der Akku passt sehr gut ins Notebook Samsung R540. Bei voller ladung wird eine Laufzeit von bis zu 7 h angezeigt, super. Über die Langlebigkeit kann man allerdings noch nichts sagen.

Superb!
This laptop battery is superb! It is larger in size than the original but fits perfectly and lasts for hours and hours! It only cost me less than 3 euros for postage and package and arrived within 3 working days from Germany to the Netherlands. The only disappointment was to find the promissed free christmas gift powerbank not to be in the package. I wrote electropapa and advised them to also tape the sides of the package in future.
