Most tapes are between 6 mm and 24 mm wide. You use narrow tapes for very small labels and wide versions for prominent labels. The length of a cassette is usually enough for several meters of labels.
Each LabelWorks model requires matching tapes. For the LW-300 and LW-400, standard tapes are suitable, while for the LW-600P, LW-700 and LW-1000 special variants are also available. In our shop you can search specifically for label tapes for Epson and quickly find the right model.
In addition to black on white, there are many color variants. These include black on yellow, black on transparent, white on black or silver with black text. With a compatible Epson label tape you can design labels to suit your application.
Replacing it is easy. Open your LabelWorks printer’s compartment, remove the old cassette and insert the new Epson label tape cassette. Make sure it clicks into place correctly. You can then resume printing immediately.
Service life depends on cassette length and your usage. Typically, one cassette lasts for many labels. The finished labels themselves are very durable because they are waterproof and abrasion-resistant. Even in sunlight or humidity they remain legible.
