Motor bei Anlieferung defekt. Läuft nicht an. Habe deshalb Miele Orginal-Motor gekauft funktioniert problemlos.

Das Geld wurde jedoch sofort auf mein Konto überweisen ohne die Ware zurück schicken zu müssen.

Leider lief dieser Motor nur 10 Minuten. Dann war er defekt. Problem wurde vom Kundendienst jedoch sehr schnell bearbeitet.

Trotz genauer Typangabe meines Staubsaugers wurde mir ein stärkerer und äußerlich größerer Motor (das habe ich auch erst beim Tausch gemerkt) von Elektropapa als DER PASSENDE angeboten.
Durch Abtrennen mehrerer Plastikhalterungen im Staubsauger konnte ich die Motoraufnahme so vergrößern, dass der stärkere Motor gepasst hat und der Sauger wieder saugt.
