Der Stecker vom Netzteil passt leider nicht zur Schere. Die Fa. hat mir jedoch den vollen Kaufpreis ohne Rücksendung des Netzteils erstattet. Das finde ich sehr großzügig und ist woanders selten anzutreffen. Danke.

Leider war das Ladekabel nicht kompatibel mit dem Gardena Rasenkantenschneider. Erfreulich war aber Ihr sehr freundlicher Kundendienst.
Ich habe auch meine Zahlung umgehend zurück erhalten. Ich bin also trotz des nicht passenden Kabels sehr zufrieden mit Ihrer Firma. Danke!

Kam mit langer Lieferzeit an. Eingesteckt und lädt nicht. Stecker ging schon ziemlich schwer in das Gerät.schade

Das Gerät hat den Gardena-Rasenkantenschneider nicht aufgeladen, deshalb habe ich es am 31.08.2023 zurückgesandt. Eine Gutschrift habe ich jedoch noch nicht erhalten.

Habe es zurück geschickt und widerrufen.
Der Betrag wurde mir anstatt los erstattet.
