Aufgrund Eines Fehlers von mir, habe ich einen falschen Akku bestellt. Stornieren ging leider nicht mehr. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat sich bei mir entschuldigt, dass die Bestellung nicht mehr storniert werden konnte. Annahme verweigert, wie empfohlen, Rückerstattung erfolgte unverzüglich nach Rücksendung. Abschließend eine Service Mail!
