Akku bis heute nicht erhalten. Als Zahlungsmethode wurde auf Rechnung gewählt und in der Bestellbestätigungsemail gab es keinerlei Hinweis, dass der Betrag als Vorauszahlung überwiesen werden soll. Es stand dort, dass ich nach Versendung mit einer weiteren email informiert werde.
Nach tagelangem Warten, habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen und nachgefragt und nun hiess es plötzlich, dass noch kein Zahlungseingang vermerkt wurde? In der Bestellbestätigungsemail findet sich auch keine IBAN oder sonstiges und auf meine erneute Nachfrage nach der IBAN vor 5 Tagen habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.
Leider findet sich auch nirgendwo eine Telefonnummer, um dies schneller zu klären.
