Habe bei Electropapa 2 Fettfilter aus Edelstahl für eine Miele Dunstabzugshaube bestellt. Die Filter waren wurden sehr schnell geliefert. Jedoch einer passte nicht, weil für ein anderes Gerät. Nach Reklamation per Email an die Support-Adresse kam die prompte Reaktion: tut uns leid, hat jemand ins falsche Regal gegriffen. Wir senden sofort Ersatz. Bereits 2 Tage später kam die Ersatzlieferung mit dem richtigen Fettfilter. Leider war der Filter nach dem Auspacken stark beschädigt (wahrscheinlich beim Transport). Auf die erneute Reklamation hat Electropapa wieder sofort reagiert und erneut sehr schnell Ersatz verschickt.
Diesmal ist alles in Ordnung.
Trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil Fehler passieren können, die Firma aber bei Reklamationen stets sofort reagiert und den Kunden vorzüglich bedient.
