Ich hatte eine Scharnierachse für meinen Kühlschrank bestellt, die bei mir leider nicht ankam. Ich habe mich dann an den Kundenservice gewandt, woraufhin mir noch am selben Tag kostenfrei eine Neue zugeschickt wurde. Das fand ich einen tollen Service! Diese kam dann auch nach 3 Tagen und mehrere Tage später, lag dann auch die erste Bestellung im Briefkasten. Die habe ich mittlerweile zurückgesendet.
Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr guter Kundenservice, ich würde hier immer wieder bestellen!
