Die Bestellung wurde zuerst gar nicht geliefert. Es lag an einer falschen PLZ. Dann wurde sie von mir storniert und der Betrag zurückerstattet. Ein Tag später lag die Bestellung in meinem Briefkasten, ohne dass ich die Gelegenheit gehabt hätte, sie zu verweigern. Auf meinen Vorschlag, den Betrag noch mal zu überweisen hat die Firma mir geantwortet, dass ich die Ware kostenfrei erhalten könnte. Der Kundendienst dieser Firma ist sehr gut.
