Beworben wurde ein Akku mit lt. Beschreibung exakt passender Gerätebezeichnung. Auch in der Auftragsbestätigung wurde der exakte Gerätename genannt.
Geliefert wurde ein nicht kompatibler Akku, den ich reklamierte.
Ich erhielt folgende Rückmeldung: ...die technischen Angaben Ihres Gerätemodells geprüft und muss Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass wir derzeit kein passendes Produkt im Angebot führen.
