Schon eine gewaltige Verbesserung gegenüber dem Originalhaken. Neigt jedoch auch zum Ansammeln und Anhäufen des Teiges bei Brotteig. Teig flüssiger machen hilft ein wenig. Deswegen nur 4/5 Sternen. Die Ausfertigung des Hakens ist solide, hätte mir jedoch nach oben einen Schutz für fie Kupplung gewünscht, damit die nicht eindrecken kann ( mit Teig)
