Guten Tag,
leider passen die Hepa Filter nicht in meinen Nilfisk extreme. Die Dichtung ist zu dick und ich kann den Deckel nicht schließen. Gibt es mehrere Typen von Hepa Filtern für Nilfisk Extreme, und wenn ja, was kann ich tun, wie kann ich die Sendung retournieren und die richtigen Hepa Filter erhalten?
