Zwar lässt die Qualität der Kohlebürsten weiterhin sehr zu wünschen übrig, aber die blitzschnelle Reaktion des Kundenservice verdient eindeutig Lob. Meine Reklamation wurde sofort ernst genommen und professionell bearbeitet.
Aufgrund der mangelhaften Produktqualität kann ich insgesamt nicht mehr als 4 Sterne vergeben. Die Reaktion auf die Beschwerde hingegen wäre klar 5 Sterne wert.
