Wir haben zwei Akkus für unsere Akku-Bohrmaschine bestellt, die laut dem offiziellen Datenblatt vollständig kompatibel mit den vorhandenen, defekten Akkus sein sollten. Nach Erhalt stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Akkus zwar in das Gerät passen, jedoch nicht mit dem dazugehörigen Ladegerät geladen werden können.
Daraufhin kontaktierten wir den Kundenservice und übermittelten sämtliche relevanten Informationen, einschließlich Fotos, Video, einem Screenshot des Datenblatts sowie der Bestellung. Trotz dieser vollständigen Unterlagen wurden wir wiederholt aufgefordert, genau diese Informationen erneut einzusenden. Dies führte zu mehreren unnötigen Rückfragen und Verzögerungen.
Schließlich erhielten wir ein Rücksendeetikett für die kostenlose Rücksendung der Ware mit dem Hinweis, dass die Akkus überprüft würden und wir anschließend über das weitere Vorgehen informiert werden. Dass ein Produkt trotz Angabe der Kompatibilität nicht funktioniert, kann vorkommen. Was jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend ist, ist der Umgang mit den von uns bereitgestellten Informationen: Die mehrfachen Nachforderungen bereits übermittelter Daten sowie die erneute Anforderung der Bestellnummer wirken wenig professionell und lassen Zweifel daran aufkommen, ob die eingehenden E-Mails sorgfältig gelesen werden.
