Lithium-ion batteries have a high energy density and are among the most powerful batteries. Compared to NiMH batteries, they have a low self-discharge rate and are not subject to memory effect. -- der Akku war defekt (überaltert, Unterspannung, unbrauchbar)
++ sehr schnelle Reklamationsabwicklung mir wurde der volle Kaufpreis erstattet.
-- Ich muss den defekten Akku selbst entsorgen, hatte Aufwand bei Bestellung und Reklamationsabwicklung und Entsorgung und habe jetzt immer noch kein funktionierendes Ersatzteil.
=> Sehr guter Service wäre gewesen, mir ein funktionierendes Ersatzteil nachzuliefern. Jetzt muss ich bei einem Wettbewerber nochmal bestellen. Ärgerlich.

Erst 2x Akku voll und möglichst leer machen (manuell laufen lassen), dann entfaltet er seine volle Kapazität und läuft jetzt deutlich länger, als der Alte je lief.
