Nach meiner Bestellung bekam ich sehr rasch eine Versandbestätigung. Leider wartete ich über 3 Wochen auf eine Lieferung. Als ich dann Hrn. Salden deshalb kontaktierte wurde mir umgehend eine neue Lieferung oder Kostenrückerstattung angeboten. Ich entschied mich für eine neuerliche Lieferung, welche innerhalb einer Woche bei mir einlangte. 3 Tage später traf auch die "Originallieferung" (aus Frankreich?) über 30 Tage verspätet, bei mir ein. Hr. Salden verzichtete auf die Rücksendung derselben.
Die jeweiligen Antworten auf meine Anfragen bei der Fa. Electropapa erfolgten jeweils äußerst rasch und mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft.
