With the bias band makers from vhbw, you can easily make various bias tapes for sewing borders onto any fabric. Simply cut the fabric into diagonal strips, insert them into the opening of the correctly sized bias band maker and feed the strip through. The folded bias strip can be pulled out on the flat side of the tool and pressed immediately with an iron.
