Das Produkt wird, wie vorgesehen, zum Laden eines Pedelec Akkus 36 V/10 Ah verwendet. Fahrradtyp ist "City Star" der Fa. Prophete GmbH mit Motorleistung 250 W. Zwei Originalladegeräte vom Typ "HP1202L3" wurden nacheinander defekt. Die Ursache der Defekte konnte nicht ermittelt werden. Vielleicht überfordert der angegebene Ladestrom von 3 A die verbauten elektronischen Elemente. Der Nachkauf eines dritten Originalladegerätes erschien mir deshalb zu riskant, der Preis beträgt immerhin rund ***. Deshalb habe ich als Ersatz das Ladegerät ACK 4201 mit nur 1,35 A Ladestrom zu nur *** gekauft. Die Ladezeit beträgt nun ca. 8 Std. , je nach Restkapazität des Akkus. Für meinem Fahrbedarf ist das kein Nachteil. Die Akkuladung über Nacht ist für mich völlig ausreichend. Die Ladeschlußspannung, gemessen am unbelasteten Akku unmittelbar nach Ladeschluß mit einem Voltcraft M-3850 beträgt 42,3 V. Ich hoffe, das ist in Ordnung. Die Erwärmung des Ladegerätes bei Umgebungstemperatur 22 Grad Celsius ist gering. Die Temperatur habe ich nicht gemessen, ich habe mir nur durch Berührung mit den Händen einen Eindruck verschafft. Zur Dauerbetriebsfestigkeit kann ich wegen der geringen Nutzungsdauer des neu erworbenen Ladegerätes ACK 4201 noch keine Angaben machen. Die Sicherung am Akku zur Begrenzung des Ladestroms habe ich von 5 A auf 3,15 A geändert. Vielleicht kann diese Maßnahme dem Ladegerät einmal das "Leben" retten.
